Our goal for the website redesign was to create a UX that made it easy for the 3 user types (CEOs/Managers/Event Coordinators) to discover and learn about the services and resources that would help them overcome their unique challenges.

Our goal for the website redesign was to create a UX that made it easy for the 3 user types (CEOs/Managers/Event Coordinators) to discover and learn about the services and resources that would help them overcome their unique challenges.
We worked closely with Jaquie and her team to develop user journeys for our 3 architypes.
How did they find out about Jaquie? How do they engage? Why do they return? How do they refer us?
Answering these questions was key to planning the new site's content heirarchy and structure.
The experience begins for everyone on the home page with an introduction video and mission statement.
Our 3 users types will either navigate via the top menu or scroll further towards a video and link to page designed specifically for them.

As Jaquie's clientbase of managers and event coordinators are typically searching for her while at work, 70% of Jaquie's site visits are on desktop.
With the remaining 30% accessing the site on mobile, we needed to ensure the experience was watertight and achieve perfect responsiveness no matter the screen size.
